My appreciation for architecture dates back to my high school drafting days and architecture art history in college. In working at various resorts around the world I would do an occasional property shoot aside from my other photo work. Since returning to the states I decided to pursue real estate photography full time with an occasional event photo job.
I truly enjoy taking photos of our man-made structures we live and work. Bringing any image to life there must be light - and architectural or real estate photography is no different. The human eye and mind sees things differently from a camera and my job is to bring the best of both in images.
First impressions are critical to effective marketing of a home or business in real estate. Successful and marketing-savvy agents and brokers always use professional photography to stand out that ultimately result in expedient sales. Providing beautiful images of properties and contributing to the success of real estate clients makes me genuinely happy. If my clients are happy then so am I.
My rates are competitive with other real estate photographers with a 24 hour turnaround time from the end of the shoot to upload of the images to clients. Each image is completely edited with all annoying objects removed. Blue skies are always included in each image that has windows or outside views. I offer twilight photos for an additional price and I'm hoping to add drone photography in the near future.
